I apologize to my followers for my weekend lapse. I would like to log the following:
Saturday:
Breakfast - Eggs, 1/2 turkey burger, kidney beans
Lunch - 1/2 turkey burger, salad
Dinner - Dirty Rice
Workout - 45 minute high-intensity bike ride
Sunday:
Breakfast - Yogurt
Lunch - Vegetable lo mien (best thing I could find at Inman Park Festival
Dinner - Dirty Rice, green beans, almonds, fruit
Workout - Walking around festival (lame, but a decent since I was pushing around a double stroller)
OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Purchased The Four Hour Body on my kindle
